Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States, Canada, and certain European countries. We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes.

Orders are processed and shipped as follows:
Orders placed before 12 pm PST will be processed on the same business day. 
Orders placed after 12 pm PST will be processed on the next business day. 
Orders placed on (or after 12 pm PST the day before) a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day. 
Please note that there may be a delay in processing and shipping during popular events or when new inventory is arriving at our fulfillment centers. We will process your order as quickly as possible.

Standard Shipping times are 3-5 business days after an order is processed, but in some cases can take up to 10-20 business days due to popular or unforeseen events, and up to 6-8 weeks for pre-orders.

We do not provide free shipping due to the size of our products.
