No. Pop ‘N Go Baby Playpen is not intended to sleep on.

Certainly, the best way is to take it outside and hose it down! If you don't have a hose, simply pick it up and shake out all the dirt and debris, and then wipe it clean with a safe, all-purpose cleaning solution and a rag. Our playpens arrives assembled and ready to use.

• We do not have a manual for disassembly and assembly.
• We also do not suggest taking it apart since it's supposed to be a one-piece unit.

If your Pop N Go Playpen gets damaged (holes, ripped seams, etc.), we do not suggest/recommend doing a self-repair. We can recommend to reach out to our customer support team for options.

Yes! We include a full UV Shade Cover and ground stakes with every order.

PnG conforms with the sections of ASTM F406 referenced in the federal safety standard for play yards 16 CFR 1221.

Our playpen comes with 6 extra ground stakes/rods to provide extra support.

You can definitely travel with it! When it's closed, it's 27.5" long and only 6" wide.

To set up the Pop 'N Go®:
1 Simply take the Pop 'N Go® out of the travel bag,
2 Unstrap it, set it down, and pop it up.
3 Then, pop the top down to click it into place.
4 To properly secure it, insert the safety clip attached to the top middle bar.

To take it down:

1 Remove the safety lock
2 Squeeze the top bars up, bring it down, fold it and strap it together.

The playpen tent only weighs 7.2 lbs and it's 49" inches tall from the floor to the top of the netting and 59" inches wide inside. Easily big enough for two or more kids to play in comfortably. Inside of the travel bag, it is only 36" inches tall and 8" inches wide for your mobile convenience.

To address the issue of mold growth, we recommend thoroughly cleaning theaffected area using a mild detergent and warm water. Ensure that the playpen is completely dry before storing it to prevent any further mold growth.

Our playpens provide 50 UPF UV protection. This product, including its components, has passed all tests required by the Consumer Product Safety
Improvement Act of 2008 for children's toys, which includes tests for phthalates and lead.

It is not treated with chemicals and the UV rating is due to the materials used.

There is no weight limit since the bottom of the pop-up playpen is flush with the floor when anyone (or anything is in it). Make sure you always place it on a flat, level surface, and you can put as much weight as you would like inside. So make sure to squeeze in there with your little one(s) and have fun!

No. They are not 100% bug-proof the addition of a UV cover will help keep bugs out for our open top playpens.

We also have fully-enclosed mesh playpens that may keep certain bugs out but will not be 100% bug-proof.

We do not advise removing the fabric from the frame as it would be difficult to put them back together. You can do spot cleaning or hose the playpen down and let it dry outside.

We don't have instructions for disassembly and reassembly because we cannot assure the integrity and safety of the playpen after disassembling the product.

We highly discourage disassembling the fabric from the frame.

Our old playpens have open top netting while the new version has fully-covered netting all-around. Please check out website for available colors for both versions.

It sure is waterproof! Simply twist the cap to open and let the playpen mat pad inflate and twist it to close it up. If your air mat does not fully inflate after 2-3 minutes, lightly blow into the tab 2 or 3 times. DO NOT force air into the mat when it is fully inflated as this can cause air bubbles to form.

Our playmat has an outer material of polyester and inner/fill is polyurethane foam.

Our Mat Pads are sold separately. We recommend the self-inflating mat as an add- on if you plan to use your Pop 'N Go on hard surfaces.

1 Machine wash in cold water without Fabric softeners.

Our voyager beach blankets and pillows are comprised of 85% polyester + 15%
bamboo fiber.

The beads are made of iron with nickel coating. If there is discoloration on the corners these are likely due to the beads coating coming off and rusting. Please advise to not use/replace during warranty.

Yes. It can!

Absolutely! Crates can be beneficial and have many different uses. Some of them include getting your pet comfortable in an enclosed environment in case they go the Vet and need to stay in one there. Or helping them feel comfortable alone, or for sleeping. It can also help with potty-training. Our Pop 'N Go ® Pets Playpen is perfect for many of these things. Make sure to consult a licensed Vet or professional animal trainer for advice.

The top hole of the pet playpen is 4.72 x 4.72 inch (12x12cm).

It's only 5 lbs! When opened, the floor base is 39" x 39" and it's 33" tall

The ventilation of the Pop 'N Go ® Pets is excellent! We have mesh siding, holes in the roof, etc. But, for example, a dog in a car with the windows cracked in the middle of summer could still suffer from the heat even though the ventilation is ok! Please do not EVER leave your pet locked inside our product or any other product while outdoors during hot or cold days!! This should be common sense, but we have to say it!

Yes. The entire Pop 'N Go ® Pets is one piece. The only things that are separate are
the shade cover and the ground stakes.

In 99% of cases, no. The Pop 'N Go ® Pets is very stable due to its multi-point frame. Also, when pets are in an enclosed doghouse/cage/playpen, they typically do not "jump." We have also included ground stakes so if you’re outdoors you can make sure it’s anchored down.

The Pet Playpen is 8.25 lb. The fabric is a polyester oxford cloth weave with a 'textured' feel.

There is technically no weight limit, but there is a size limit. When an animal is inside, the floor of the Pop 'N Go® Pets is flush with the ground so there is no limit to how much weight can go inside. For example, you could put a 100 lb kettlebell inside with no issue, but not a 100 lb dog. For this reason, we recommend using this product only for small and medium-sized animals (think small and medium-sized
dogs, cats, bunnies, etc.). Large dogs (for example Great Danes, Mastiffs, St. Bernards, and others that typically weigh well over 50-60 lbs) may not be suitable for the Pop 'N Go.

The Pop 'N Go ® Pets made with high-grade aluminum and fiberglass framing as well as extra durable nylon, polyester, and mesh for the body. The accessories such as the safety clip and ground stakes are made from plastic and steel. We do not use any harsh chemicals in any of our products.

It is highly unlikely that your pet will claw, chew, or tear the Pop 'N Go ® Pets, However, we highly recommend researching some great crate training techniques prior to using so they are comfortable with their new little territory!

Absolutely. The Pop 'N Go ® Pets is designed just for that - to create a safe space for your furry family members to have fun and relax in.

It should fit most small pee pads, but we'd recommend against using this for a place to pee only. There are so many other great uses than just a place to go peepee! Most animals, by nature, do not want to pee where they sleep or relax (and vice versa). So if they are trained only to use the Pop 'N Go ® Pets as a litter box, they may not want to relax in it. We do think it could be used along with pee pads when you are housing brand new puppies or kittens to keep them safe. Again, please refer to a professional trainer or licensed Vet for recommendations!

For most of these small animals, yes. One thing to note, though, there is an open hole at the top. It is covered when you put the Shade cover on, but a reptile such as a lizard (many reptiles like to climb and be up high) may be able to climb out. For this reason, the Pop 'N Go ® Pets may not be suitable for certain reptiles.
