Pop N' Go® Playpen FAQs
How much does it weigh and how big is it?
The playpen tent only weighs 7.2 pounds (lbs) and it's 49" inches tall from the floor to the top of the netting and 59" inches wide inside. Easily big enough for two or more kids to play in comfortably. Inside of the travel bag, it is only 36" inches tall and 8" inches wide for your mobile convenience. It is extremely lightweight, and easy to carry.
How do I set it up and take it down?
To set up the Pop 'N Go™:
1. Simply take the Pop 'N Go™ out of the travel bag,
2. Unstrap it, set it down and pop it up.
3. Then, pop the top down to click it into place.
4. To properly secure it, insert the safety clip attached to the top middle bar.
To take it down:
1. Remove the safety lock
2. Squeeze the top bars up, bring it down, fold it and strap it together.

Does it include a UV shade cover and stakes to hold it down in the wind?
Yes! A UV Shade Cover, ground and sand stakes are included with every order.
Is the play mat waterproof and how does it inflate?
It sure is waterproof! Simply twist the cap to open and let the playpen play mat inflate and twist it to close it up. If your play mat does not fully inflate after 2-3 minutes, lightly blow into the tab 2 or 3 times. DO NOT force air into the play mat when it is fully inflated as this can cause air bubbles to form.

What's the weight limit?
There is no weight limit, since the bottom of the pop up playpen is flush with the floor when anyone (or anything is in it). Make sure you always place it on a flat, level surface, and you can put as much weight as you would like inside. So make sure to squeeze in there with your little one(s) and have fun!
What is the return and refund policy?

Do you offer free shipping?
No, but we offer fast standard and priority shipping in the U.S. and expedited shipping to certain international countries. We offer nominal shipping rates due to the size of our products. Order usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days or sooner.
What made us create this product?
We're parents with young children. And we've been through numerous kids playpens and play yards. All of them are either cheaply made and don't last or are super expensive, heavy, and not portable. There are no really great, lightweight, super easy to use playpens out there. So we decided to fix that problem!

Can it be used for pets?
Absolutely. Although we've only tried it with dogs and cats. We cannot guarantee it will work well if you have reptiles or other animals but we love them all!
Is the Play Mat and Play Mat Cover included with the Pop 'N Go™?
No, all products are sold separately. We recommend the Play Mat as an add-on if you plan to use your Pop 'N Go™ on hard surfaces. The Play Mat covers are a wonderful add-on to make the surface of the play mat soft as a cloud and keep it clean as it is machine washable!
Is this really the BEST playpen in the world?
