I don’t think any of us would have ever thought that Thanksgiving may get cancelled or restricted. It really puts things into perspective and makes you realize how much things can change and how fast. COVID-19 has been a very scary experience for all of us. We hope you’re able to safely come together with your loved ones and celebrate the holiday.
Whether you’re virtually getting together with your family or you’re hosting a small gathering, we encourage you to hold conversations that are more meaningful than past years. After all, quality time is what’s most important!

There are all kinds of questions that spark meaning and happiness. What’s most important is to avoid judgement and truly listen to the person speaking. Feeling heard and accepted is the best way to treat others.
