The pet tent is awesome. Easy to set up and break down. Only small improvement would be to make the storage bag a bit bigger. The tent goes in by itself with no problem, but getting both the tent and floor in is nearly impossible.

LOVE this tent. Says it’s for a pet, but we’re using it as a beach tent for our infant. Has great airflow and sun protection. SO easy to assemble and tear down. My only complaint is the travel bag that holds the tent is so snug it’s very difficult to get back in. Thank you!

Thought it might be too large for my mini poodle, to make her feel secure at dog shows. But...... She loves it. She now settles at the dog shows. Which she would never do in a traditional crate. Bella loves all the windows as well. Very well designed easy to move around.

This is my second pop n go for pets.
I really like the product but…
The first one never clicked in place. I told them that… but after going back & forth, dropped the issue. I said I did get the pad, even though it was described with it. The support person said I had to pay for it.
The second one operates correctly. It clicks in place. I did not receive the pad, but they agree I should’ve gotten it, as it’s in the description. But, it’s on back order and they don’t know when I’ll receive it. So I like the product, but not feeling so good about the company.

I travel and compete alot with my dogs. Your pop up is new to me but so far I like it, time will tell on the zipper! The little cut out is great to give pets or treats to the dog inside. Easy to set up and carry. A fitted pad would be helpful. This size is perfect for my medium dogs, but if you could make a size bigger for the larger dogs, like the Swissy in the photo. He has to duck to get in and out the door.

Thanks for the pet palace, we received it here in the great Midwest in record time, no damage to the product, it was easy to set up, and has survived it's first use in a dirt floor environment. We vacuumed off the dust easily and returned it to the bag quick and easy. My wife said that the weight of the whole unit was sooo much easier to carry to the event site, so that alone was worth the purchase price.

My grandson loves this little tent as much as our dogs do, but that's okay! We have had some trouble getting the top to pop into the locked position before we put the post guard on, but once the post guard is in place, the tent isn't going to fold up. Other than that, it's a very sturdy, well made tent that's made of incredibly durable fabric. Bought one for the lake house and one for home!

I am LOVING my new Pop Up Tents for my dogs! They are amazing and so easy to set up and take down! I like the flaps for the mesh windows and the little opening at the top to feed my dog treats or give him a pet. They fit easily in my wagon with my other set up stuff so I only have to make one trip from the car. I use them to crate my dogs at Agility trials.

Absolutely awesome for camping and dog events! Folds up smaller than a pop-up travel crate, and is so easy to set up and take down. Very happy with the construction and design. They were very thoughtful in the design and engineering of the poles, and the fabric is tough and sturdy. And you don’t have to wrestle it back into the carrying bag, because they thought of that too! Purchased a second one because I was so pleased with the first. Now my 2 dogs don’t have to share. Referred all my dog agility sports friends to your product.

We have one each for our 2 Australian Shepherds and use at dog trials. I have seen much larger dogs in them like standard poodles and Malinois. They love them as they are nice and roomy and plenty of air ventilation without being as exposed to surroundings as in a wire metal crate. Helps them relax and rest when at a dog show all day. The best thing to me is how easy they are to pack compared to any other dog crate- even the typical rectangle soft sided ones. These take up almost no room in your car AND so light weight and easy to carry. The set up is quick and easy and the fabric seems very durable and comes with a pad which is a nice bonus as you usually have to buy that separate with dog crate/tents. I would highly recommend and am seeing more and more of them at dog trials when you need inside and outside crating.

Absolutely love this pop n go pet tent! We bought this for our dog Kami for the beach to get her out of the sun when she needs shade. She has little windows so she can still see us next to her. It goes up so easy and folds up just like a camp chair after. Highly recommend this product!

There is only one thing about the pet tent that keeps me from giving it a "love it" and that is this hole in the top. Since I took this photo, I went to a fabric store and bought screen to stitch over the hole. Dogs don't see this as ventilation, they see it as an escape route and will attempt to enlarge it if necessary. My dogs are well accustomed to soft crates, as we use them almost every weekend for dog shows. They will not mess with the mesh or the canvas... but a wide open hole is an invitation to stick a head through.
Your pet tent is BY FAR my favorite for ease of set up, weight, folded size, and roominess. But please... fix that hole.

This really saved us with our 10 week old puppy when we went camping - he had only had two sets of vaccinations and he was very content on the beach in his tent with his bed and toys with plenty of room to spare. We used it at home the week prior so he would get used to it. We have a French bulldog and will bring this again next year for his use! Very quality item - well made!

My American Bulldog out grew a large crate and I wanted to ensure he could fully stretch out as he loves a good sleep. The tent was a huge hit. Note that I tried to zip him in it once and he hated it - so don’t know if this would work for crate training. The tent is quite large. I am 5ft 10 and went inside with him. The tent is upper light and travels easily. I bought 2!

We have a couple of active chihuahua puppies that figured out how to jump out of the window on top-unbelievable! We sewed mesh over the small window and wallah, they are now secure!! We have 2 "human baby containment units" that we LOVE and now the puppy version, a huge help in a VERY busy household. They are SO easy to pop into the car for a trip here and there, or to the park. BEST soft cate available! The tent crate is super easy to open AND super easy to close. Folds up easily. Into the size of wide umbrella. And FITS BACK IN THE CARRYING CASE. Takes up little room if you travel in a smaller vehicle. Very roomy inside. My dog loves it!

I bought this tent to use at dog school and/or shows. I choose this because it is lighter than a lot of the folding crates. My dog is smallish, about 45 pounds, and has plenty of room in the tent. He does not try to get out so I have not tested it for escapes. The tent is very cute. It is easy to set up and take down and actually fits back in the carrying case. My only criticism is the part intended to keep the tent from collapsing is very hard to snap into place, so I have not been using it.

I was lugging around a heavy wire crate to agility trials when I saw some dogs lounging in these tents. I quizzed the owners about them and they led me to California Beach Co. I ordered two for my two Border Collies and since one is just a puppy, she uses it as a crate at night. They are really lightweight and easy to put up and will be really handy at the agility trials. They take up much less space in the car than the wire crate. The puppy started out in a hard crate and graduated to soft crates without any ripping or tearing. But if you have a dog that loves to chew its way out of anything - these may not work. As far as containing dogs at any type of competition, they are the best!

Molly the Collie and I train in AKC Obedience (Fred the Cat...does not). I don't crate Molly, but she loves sleeping in the tent when we're camping. I've been strongly encouraged to be prepared to crate Molly at competition events. Someone in our classes recommended your pop up tent and it's fantastic! My boy loves his “little tent”! I love it too! It’s very durable, so easy to pick up and move. This has actually been such a huge life saver for us both. Bobo has IVDD (intervertebral disk disease) He can only crawl, so having this keeps him contained comfortably. I easily move it around the house and outside. Thank you for this amazing product!! The tent is super easy to set up and take down. It comes with a very nice crate mat in the carry bag. It is impossible however, to get the mat back into the bag with the tent. That's too bad.

This is my second dog tent got my English Bulldog Zoey. The first one, she tore it but it took a lot for her to tear it. I showed my displeasure of her tearing it and she seemed to understand that I wasn’t happy. I ordered another one and everything is much better. I have to leave my dog in the dog tent hours at a time which caused her separation anxiety. This has been a great dog tent for her and she loves it. She’s more comfortable.

Nice design and super easy to set up/break down. The material is stronger than some other dog tents/playpens I have bought in the past. It is also lightweight for traveling. It also comes with a padded mat, which other do not include. Very happy with this purchase and my dog loves it too!

Not quite tall enough for an adult to comfortably sit in, but works well for little kids. I like the vented sides and really like you can get the whole area out of the sun as the mesh sides can have the flap go down to cover. Easy set up and lightweight. I missed the pad was included so I accidentally bought an extra (it’s in the description, but added it as a suggestion when I put the pop-up in the cart and didn’t go back to double check).

The tent itself if great, material is this and seems to be good quality, easy to set up and take down. The front door can closed as the full door or just a mesh screen. There are side flaps to roll up for mesh screens to allow more air flow. It does get hotter inside because the material is so thick. There is one window opening toward the top without any mesh that I really wish had mesh to keep bugs (mosquitos especially) out, i think that would have been much better, and safer, for dogs and small kids. The included mattress is soft and padded. The one big problem we've had is packing it up - there is nothing to secure the mattress around the tent and getting it all into the storage bag is nearly impossible. We bought straps on our own to wrap around the mattress but even still it typically takes two of us to get it in the bag .. why did you make this part so difficult?!

Completely obsessed with this product!!! This was my fourth purchase from The California Beach Company! We now have the large pop and go pack and play, the self inflating mattress, the rainbow beach blanket, and finally the small pop and go tent! The large pack and play is too pretty for the outdoors in Pittsburgh so I use it inside only, for my daughter who is 6 months old. She is the youngest of 7 children so it’s nice to have her little princess fortress. The tent we use for outside and traveling, Pool visits ,camping, exedra. I never leave home without it! I constantly get asked where I purchased especially if they see me pop it up or easily pop it down. These products are a must buy! Worth every penny! Wish I would of found them sooner

There simply is nothing to compare to this "tent" which we use for our Vizsla when he is inside but also outside.
The"cabana" is easy to carry outside completely assembled.

We love our mini tent! We bought it for our little ones first beach trip at 10 weeks old. We felt good knowing he was protected from the UV rays at the beach. We also loved that we could open up the windows and "door," but still have the mesh closed so we could see him and he could get a nice breeze. It was big enough for my 10 week old and 3 year old niece to sit in. My 5 year old niece probably could have fit too! I recommend this to all my mama friends now too

I really actually like my California pop'n'go products. I bought the original last year and it took about 3 months to receive in, so that was disappointing, but it was great.
As a result I ordered two of the minis for my kids to sleep in while camping. They were delivered promptly this time, but the mattresses weren't delivered.
I contacted the company and they were very nice and apologetic, and said they would send the mattresses but it would take 2-3 weeks, which meant I didn't have them for a camping trip. Unfortunate, but we dealt with it.
Then, when the mattresses were finally delivered, they only sent ONE. I have tried contacting them about it several times so that I can get the second mattress that I have already paid for, but there has been no response.
So, as far as product goes... 5 star.
As far as customer service and being able to give you what you paid for... 1 star.

The kennel stores in an generous size sturdy carrying bag for easy repacking and transport We have used it in residential bedrooms and hotel rooms. It can be set up and taken down quickly. It is so well made. The fabric ,frame and pop up mechanism is high quality. Corner stakes are included for outside use. There is ample openings for good air flow . The inside mat is comfortable for my dog.

We went on a week-long camping trip and this tent was a life-saver!! we needed a type of portable crate because it makes our pup feel safer since she is crate trained and pretty anxious, and with this, she felt right at home! It kept her comfortable, shaded, and away from bugs that bother her. So easy to take out and easy to put away once I got the hang of it. Putting away takes a teeny bit of patience but totally worth it.

I haven't had a chance to use this tent outdoors yet, but I can tell you that it is very well made. Nice heavy-duty fabric that I wish my tent was made of. As you can see, my little princess seems to like it too. There's pleny of room for her bed as well as food and water bowls.
