The playpen is beautiful and it's set up and breakdown is very easy. However the first mattress cover we received would not zip into the pen - the ends were too far away and we could not get it fully zipped. We contacted Customer Service via text and sent them photos. They promptly shipped a replacement mattress cover that zips properly, but it was a little tough going at the end, thus the 4 stars. Our little grandbaby loves being inside the pen. The cover seems to be water (spit up lol) repellant and that will work great as you don't always need to be washing it. Hope we get lots of use inside and outdoors.

The product is fine. I’m unimpressed with the customer service.
I bought one for my twin grandbabies, so easy to use and spacious! Loved it so much I bought another for my niece!
I had low expectations because I got this as an Instagram add. I am so happy I pursued! Perfect for the 6-8month range where the baby wants to roll around and still put everything in the mouth…protects baby from eating sand!
Bought for the grandbaby and they are loving it. Easy for my daughter in law to transport and set up!
I bought it for my great grandson in Idaho. They take it to her husband’s baseball game and they love it the babies in there safe and bug free excellent idea thank you very much.
This was a gift for my twin grandsons. Their parents love the padding for the playpen. They said it fits right in place.
The bags I ordered is exactly what I ordered.
I never submit reviews like these but I have yet to receive my order. This has been in limbo over a month. Since I didn’t pay the $2 for shipping insurance (because I don’t understand why companies making ridiculous profit margins can’t foot this predatory practice) I filed a claim with UPS, who in turn sent the company documentation that needed to be filled out 10 days ago and (as far as I’m aware since no one returned my customer service inquiry regarding this documentation). nothing has been done. To be fair, when I originally contacted them, they were prompt in responding to me. I DID receive the pillow that came with this order (everything shipped separately); it is fabulous. I will update my review to probably 5 stars once I receive the pop-up tent.
This is a must have for every parent!
My pkg was lost in transit but I was still charged for the product. The California Beach Company’s customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have received no help in receiving a refund from the company. It is impossible to speak to anyone at the company. I would not recommend them to anyone!!
I love your produce and usually give it as a gift to all new families! It was a little frustrating that I cannot write a card to the family or even a note telling them who the gift was from when I ordered. It would be great if you made this possible when ordering as a gift. xo
Thank you
The shade cover is great, sunblockage wise. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the Velcro tabs to keep it in place need to be either longer to fit around the part where the shade cover hits, or the shade slightly bigger to extend down a bit more so the Velcro can go around the slimmest part of the poles. Currently it’s a bit of a struggle. This was bought as a replacement for a previously bought pen so maybe the structure has changed?
Okay I love this. Easy to set up!
Great product, delivered quickly
Great item. Can’t wait to use it more as our grandson gets older.
Perfect canopy!
The POP. The GO. The fact that I can set this up *and* put it away in seconds?! This has been a total game changer for beach days, park dates, and basically anywhere we need a safe spot for the kids to play. We absolutely love it!
My package was not shipped right away when I contacted them. It was finally shifted but too late because we were on vacation already.
Super easy to set up. Our baby loves it. Highly recommend
Bought as a gift for grandson. Loves using it outside.
They sent the play mat several weeks after the tent itself and we finally got around to testing them out together (hot summer weather was too much with infant twins) and they literally do not go together. The zippers are entirely different styles. The irony is that the tent has big warning labels about not using mats that don't fit so your kid doesn't suffocate. And this is after it took insane amounts of time to even get the tent itself. I really hope they've gotten their act together because now I have to email to get them to send us one that actually works with the tent, as if I have tons of extra time.
So awesome!
Can't wait to use it!!!!
While travelling in Rhode Island I saw your tent at a lawn venue. I was impressed when I saw the mother close it and easily carry it away. She gave me the name of the company and I ordered it for my grandson who lives in Spain. The delivery was very quick. I had no problems with import fees as all was included in the shipping fee. We are all very happy with the product.
What a great canopy - easy up and down
Love the mat! She really enjoys it
We live our pop n go. Wish it was like the original don't like that the top is completely netted.
Such a cute and comfy pillow
Product is great! Easy fold up for storage, Supportive , but soft and cushioned for my grandkids.
Our family loves this play yard. So convenient that it stores in its own bag and set ip/take down very easy.
Love the ease of set up but now I have 4 of these covers 🤣
I love how easy it is to set up. We had light rain during a base ball game and it kept the rain off.
Exactly what was needed for beach!
Perfect for the beach. Kept her from eating the sand or sand getting where we don’t want! Shade was good. Only issue was the mat was difficult to zip.
Very easy as well. It didn’t seem like it was working but it is silent
Super easy to put together. I was trying to over complicate it
We already had the tent just needed a new mattress. We love this & have passed it around.
My puppies love it. Great outdoors
