I bought our Pop n Go on Black Friday right after I found out I was pregnant. When I received it, I set it up to make sure everything looked ok then I put it back in the box to wait for baby. Fast forward to this past Fall- I set it up and used it twice and the zipper no longer worked (see top left photo). I contacted the company and they basically told me I’m SOL and I can buy a new one. So I cut the zipper part off and used the mesh part of the sun cover to make a cover to at least hold my child in since he could get out. Then I bought another sun cover to have so I can actually use it. Without the opening door, this play pen is very similar to other brands you can get for $40. We do have the pad that goes in the bottom which is nice to have if you are setting up on a hard surface. Setting it up is pretty easy too other than when I go to “pop” it open there is usually part of the play pen that gets stuck on the hinge so I have to pull it off then pop it open. Would I buy this product again? No. It’s a great concept but it’s too expensive for what you’re getting and the customer service was incredibly disappointing.

My daughter Lauren said recently that it is the best hify I could of ever got them. They absolutely love it! They recently moved to SC and it goes everywhere they go. They are very outdoorsy. Best purchase ever! Thank you for making an outstanding product!

Not sure why you prompted me to buy another one of these when one was included any ways. Also you made me buy the pad separate but there is no way you would send this without a pad! Your trying to take peoples money.
